The countdown is on to the ISDN and PSTN switch off; WLR is being withdrawn and from September 2023 businesses will be unable to buy ISDN and PSTN telephone systems. In 2025, they will be switched off completely, ceasing to exist. All customers will be migrated over to an IP and/or SIP network which is more cost-effective, easier to manage and more flexible.
